Vance Yanagihara
I was deeply saddened to hear the news of a friend's passing. Pearl was a kind and gentle soul with a wonderful sense of humor. I would see her every day when my job schedule allowed and we would talk story, joke around and just share every day conversations about our families and friends. We would always share great laughs because Pearl had a awesome sense of humor. That sense of humor is what made her such a remarkably interesting and fun person to be around with. I will truly miss our laughs together. We would spend countless days with friends looking for hidden treasures. Everyone who knew Pearl loved and liked her. I have never heard anyone say anything negative about Pearl. There was no need to. Pearl sometimes found valuable treasures. Her friends also sometimes found treasures hidden amongst junk. The REAL treasure we all now realize is that having had known Pearl and being her friend was the most precious thing anyone could possibly find. I will miss you dearly, my friend.
