Loreto Rivera Saludares, “Eto”, 67, passed on unexpectedly on July 18, 2021 in Las Vegas, NV. Loreto was born on August 16, 1953 to parents Elarion Saludares and Alejandrina Saludares in Brgy. 8, San Antonio Sarrat, Ilocos Norte Philippines. He was a proud Army Veteran and a Retired Commercial Construction Laborer. He lived on Oahu in Pearl City, HI from 1969.
