Team Member Spotlight

Curtis Jackson Jr

Young funeral director thanks community and team in spotlight feature.

We’re proud to shine this month’s Team Member Spotlight on Curtis Jackson Jr.

Curtis has been a valued part of the Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary ohana for over five years. As our Senior Funeral Director and team supervisor, he plays a vital role in supporting both families and staff with compassion, professionalism, and care.

A 2006 graduate of Kailua High School and alum of the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa, Curtis was also a proud member of the Warrior Marching Band. Around the funeral home, he’s affectionately known as “the guy who plays the trumpet”, a nickname that reflects both his talent and the energy he brings to the team.

Curtis truly embodies the spirit of ALOHA. His kindness, warmth, and dedication leave a lasting impression on everyone he serves.

Thank you Curtis! We’re grateful for all that you do.
