ISAYAS BARAYUGA BONILLA, 86, passed away surrounded by his family on December 15, 2019 in Honolulu, HI. Born October 13,1933 in Catuguing #22 San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. Retired Carpenter Journeyman, Hawaii Carpenters Union Local 745. He enjoyed traveling to new places, Ballroom dancing and spending time with his family. He is survived by loving wife, Claudia Bonilla; Children: Shirley (Rizal) Magaoay, Ofelia (Frank) Kato, Mariel (Celso) Madariaga, Nestor Bonilla, Lorna (Dennis) Culhane and Romel Bonilla. Grandchildren: Sherilyn (Chad) Maxilom, Michael (Charlene) Madariaga, Merill (Lorie) Madariaga, Alan (Laurie) Kato, Lance (Jennifer) Kato, Chrystal (Gavin) Rivera, Rachel (Kapono) Faitau, Stacy Magaoay and Jay Ryan Gacula, Krichelle (Taylor) Sakamoto, Jenalyn (Michael) Veal, Chelsie (Kaimana) Madariaga, Christine Culhane, Caitlyn Culhane, Tiffany Bonilla and Ashlyn Bonilla; 15 Great-Grandchildren: Chadsen, Jayden, Jordan, Reid, Landen, Sheylyn, Aiko, Rylie, Lauryn, Peyton, Austen, Lucas, Kamry, ‘Ale’a and ‘Ailana; Brothers: Jorge (Paula) Bonilla and Alipio (Cion) Bonilla and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by: Daughter Magdalena, Grandson Richie Boy and Great- Granddaughter Madison Hope. Visitation at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park on Wednesday January 22, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. Service at 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation at Co Cathedral of Saint Theresa on Thursday January 23, 2020 at 10:30. Mass at 11:00 a.m. He will be laid to rest at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park at 1:00 p.m. “Your life was a BLESSING Your MEMORY a treasure You are LOVED beyond words and MISSED beyond measure.”
