Victorino was part of the forth group of Sakadas (Filipino contract workers) to enter Hawaii in 1946. He is survived by his loving wife, Edralina "Liling"; sons, Timothy and Victorino Jr., and daughter, Evelyn; 3 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren."Due to COVID-19, services is limited.
