Akira Iwashita's Obituary
Celebrating the Life of Akira Iwashita, 82, of Honolulu, Hawaii, who passed away on September 25, 2014. He was born in Kapoho, Hawaii. He was a retired Baker for Manoa Bakery.
He is survived by caregiver, Veronica Esteban; sisters, Kiyome Tanaka, Yachiyo Yoshimura, Kikuyo Uyemura, Hiroko Fumimoto, June Murakami and Yasuko Iwashita; brothers, Fukashi and Yasuharu Iwashita. He is predeceased by brother, Tooru Iwashita.
Visitation to his funeral service will be held from 10:00-10:30 a.m., Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; service to begin at 10:30 a.m., with burial to follow 11:30 a.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
