Albert Leroy Kuhia, 82, of Honolulu, passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, in Kailua, Hawaii. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. He retired from Honolulu Police Department after 30 years of service. He is survived by his brother Richard (Peggy) Ha’ake of Maui, and his children, 7 daughters Valerie (Lance) Kuwabara, Vanessa (Erle) Kuhia Collins, Veronica (Vernal-John) Pratt, Sunshine (Alika) Kuhia-Smith, Krystal (Brian) Bigley, Taylor-McKenna Konow, Kennedy Konow, and his only son Kevin Taylor (Shannon) Kuhia. 15 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, January 16, 2023, at Valley of the Temples starting at 9:00 am. Arrangements by Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary.
