Albert Alva Mendoza Sr.'s Obituary
Albert Alva Mendoza Sr., age 93, of Aiea, passed away peacefully at St. Francis Hospice on November 2, 2024. He was born on April 14, 1931, in Hilo, Hawaii, the oldest of nine children.
Albert is survived by his wife Ok Cha "Susie" Mendoza; sons, Albert Jr., Lambert; daughters, Sandra (Dennis) Russell, Debra (Leonard) Costa; grand-children, Keala, Thomas, Allen, Kalei; Great-grandchildren, Caleb, Kaikena, Dash, Kaizea, Talon, Zayd; Stepdaughters, Kathy Hale, Jennifer Scott; step grand-children, Megan, Brayden (passed on in 2020) ; sisters, Sharon Matayoshi, Carol (Dennis) Tashima; brother Frederico Almazon.
His final resting place will be the Hawaii State Veteran's Cemetery.
