Albino T. Quebral's Obituary
Albino Tumacder Quebral age 96, died in Kaneohe, Hawaii on Wednesday, July 27, 2016. Born February 27, 1920 in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.
He lived in the Philippines and California before settling in Hawaii. He worked his family land as a farmer and crop owner the in the Philippines for over 30 years until moving to the United States in 1986.
He is survived by his loving wife Ovinsida Uddifa Quebral and six children; Glicerio (Marina) Quebral of Lahaina, Maui; Tessie Q. (Gregory) Bartolome of San Jose, California, Efren (Felina) Quebral of Waipahu, Oahu), Editha Q. (Ted) Duldulao of Kaneohe, Oahu, Nelson (Cristina) Quebral of Tracy, California and Rey Quebral (Eileen Fahr Powers) of Annandale, Virginia.
Albino was a devoted Catholic and member of St. Bernard Catholic Church in Tracy, California.
He loved his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. He help to raise several grandchildren. He also loved to read his BIBLE. He was musically sound and avidly enjoyed playing his violin, guitar and harmonica.
He was fond of watching sports, especially basketball (L.A. Lakers), boxing, and football playoffs. He liked to wear hats (collected lids and hats). Albino had a kind, quiet and joyous soul that will be ever forever missed.
Funeral service for Albino will be held on Friday, September 2, 2016 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. at St. Anthony Church in Wailuku, Maui (located at 1627 Mill Street Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii 96793)
Additional service to continue on Saturday, September 3, 2015 at St. Anthony Catholic Community; visitation from: 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.; Mass to begin at 11:00 a.m. with burial proceedings 12:30 p.m. at Maui Memorial Park.
