We were so sorry to hear of Alicia's passing. She was always with a bright smile and a good word for everyone. I have kept great memories from the early 1970's being invited to the Llacuna's for Thanksgiving dinners. Carving the turkey was my designated chore... even though I didn't know what I was doing. Alicia and family made us feel included, welcomed and more than just guests for the day.
I know that others, Waialua faculty members and students, will always remember Alicia with warm thoughts.
