Allison Chong is my Uncle Alli. He is the older brother of my late mother Judy. Uncle Alli passed away on my mom's birthday, which feels significant. I'd like to think she was with him on his journey. I have precious, endless memories of my Uncle. I used to sit with him for hours as a child and watch shows about history, travel, nature to name a few. He took me fishing and treated me so awesome whenever we were together. I am so very happy I saw my Uncle this past January during my last trip to Hawaii. I am deeply saddened by his passing. I am praying for strength and healing for my Aunty Theresa, my cousins Cheri, Carrie, Kaipo, and Chris, and their respective families.
