Amante Franklin Juan Manuel, 75, of Kaneohe, passed away in Honolulu, Hawaii on Thursday, August 31, 2023. He was born in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines and is survived by his wife, Tessie, his children, Michael, Marietess (Jalemar), Marilyn (Roel), his siblings, Aida (Ramon), Estrell, Domingo (Susan), as well as, 4 grandchildren.
