Angela was a volunteer in the Let's Speak English program of the Richland County Public Library in Columbia, South Carolina. She was instrumental in helping individuals from other countries to learn or improve their English language skills. Angela was a kind and caring person and she will always be remembered by me. I send my deepest condolences to her family. I know that her absence from your lives is a great sadness to you. I pray you find comfort in one another and know that she has gone on to do good in another life.
