Anthony Gozzip's Obituary
Anthony "Tony" Gozzip, 88, of Honolulu, passed away March 27, 2017 at Kuakini Medical Center. He was born September 12, 1928 in Iloilo City, Phiippines to parents Federico Gozzip and Francisca Lintao Gozzip, and was a retired journeyman painter for Honolulu Painting and a member of District Council 50 of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades.
He is survived by wife, Estelita "Lita" Gozzip; sons, Paul (Analita) Gozzip, Michael (Carol) Gozzip; daughters, Sheila Brock, Theresa (Kenneth) Corpuz, Carla Gozzip, Eleanor Gozzip and Jennifer (Reid) Katekaru; 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Norberto Gozzip; sisters, Corazon Gozzip and Violanda McDonnell.
Wake services will be held on Friday, April 28, 2017, at Oahu Mortuary and Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:30-9:00 p.m.; wake service will be at 6:30 p.m.
Additional services will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017, at St. Philomena Catholic Church. Visitation 10:00-11:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park at 12:30 p.m. Business casual attire.
