Arsenio Narciso "Arsing" Nastor Castro, 92, was born on January 3, 1933 in Manaoag, Pangasinan, Philippines. He has been living in Honolulu, Hawaii since 1990 and passed away surrounded by loved ones on November 6, 2025. He is survived by wife, Nelia; son, Eduardo (Gemma); daughter, Elsa (Mario); brother, Jovencio (Felicitas); sister, Anecita, and 3 grandchildren. He was an avid fad of sports games, especially the LA Lakers team and enjoyed doing sudoku. He loved to walk and appreciated the rides around beautiful Hawaii sceneries.
