He is survived by his Wife, Elizabeth Raquel, Daughter, Marybeth Raquel, Sisters, Anastacia Tagalan, Angelina Raquel, Monica Watson, Brothers, Florentino Raquel, Virgilio Raquel, Jerry Raquel, and 1 grandchild.
Services for Arsenio will be held at Valley of the Temples on Saturday, February 4, 2023, with visitations starting at 9:00am at the Trousdale Chapel.
