Ashton Lee Johnson's Obituary
Ashton Lee Johnson, 20, of Wahiawa, passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2024, in a tragic motorcycle hit-and-run accident. From a young age, Ashton’s life was defined by his love for two wheels and the freedom they represented. He mastered riding a bicycle at just 1 and a half years old, a remarkable feat that hinted at the adventurous spirit he would carry throughout his life. By the age of 4, he had already conquered dirt biking, impressing everyone with his determination and natural talent. Ashton’s enthusiasm for riding only grew as he did. He cherished long bike rides, bonding over shared moments on the open road. When the time came to obtain a driver’s license, Ashton famously declared he had no desire to drive a car, stating that his heart was firmly set on riding something with two wheels. This deep connection to motorcycles and bikes symbolized his free-spirited and fearless approach to life.
A graduate of Leilehua High School, Ashton pursued his passion for mechanics at Leeward Community College while working at Lex Brody's Tires. Known for his unmatched charisma, beaming smile, and infectious humor, Ashton had a remarkable way of making everyone feel valued and appreciated. His magnetic personality united people, and his unwavering kindness left a lasting impression on all who crossed his path.
Ashton was preceded in death by his father, Jeffery Johnson Jr. He is survived by his loving mother and stepfather, Cassandra and Adam Wolf; sister, Brionna Herrington; brother, Carter McMillen; grandparents, Jefferey Johnson Sr., Amnoy Johnson, and Vanessa Pierani; and his beloved dog, Rascle, all of whom adored his dynamic spirit and adventurous soul.
