Barbara Pimental Lara's Obituary
Barbara Pimentel Lara, 71, passed away on April 3, 2018. She was born on September 23, 1946 in Kona, Hawaii to Agustin Pimentel and Antonia Silvedilla. She was the last child of 9 children. She attended Pahala Elementary, after graduation she began a career as a Custodian at University of Hawaii. She retired from University of Hawaii in 2000 after 25 years. She lived in Honolulu, Hawaii and was married to Edgaro Quinto Lara on June 27, 1967 at Manawaog, Pangasiman. She was a caring and generous person, she loved to cook, shop and travel to the Philippines. Her favorite music was Salamang Sinbahan. She is survived by husband; Edgaro Lara son; Roland Lara, Ronald (Jasmin) Lara & Roel (Shirley) Lara daughter; Susan Viernes (Nelson) and 10 Grandchildren.
Visitation 10:00 a.m., Service 11:30 a.m. at Valley of the Temple Chapel on Saturday, May 5, 2018. Burial at 12:30 p.m. with a luncheon to follow burial at Valley of the Temples Chapel Lanai 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
