Barry Lawrence Bescos' Obituary
Barry Lawrence Bescos, 72 of Honolulu Hawaii went home to be with the Lord on March 25, 2018 at Kuakini Medical Center in Honolulu Hawaii.
Barry was born in Long Beach California to his mother, Joan McMaster and father, Julie Bescos on January 17, 1946.
When Barry became of age, he served our Country by enlisting in the armed forces of the United States Army. He was honorably discharged from the service. Barry took care of his family by Farming and Fishing and retired from the business on the island of Hawaii (Big Island). Even though he retired, he enjoyed serving the Lord in being in the Levites Ministry at New Hope Christian Fellowship. He was sure to greet the people as they entered the church and always kept busy and helped wherever it was needed.
Barry will always be cherished and remembered by his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Lorna Bescos; Children, Pilar Bescos Brackett. Chaun (Katie) Bescos, Denmark Dionisio, Romulo Dionisio, Honey Greece (Ryan) Houches and Champion Bescos; Siblings, Julianne Gee and Vicki Payne; six grandchildren.
Barry's memorial and committal services will be at 10:00 am at the Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery (45-349 Kamehameha Hwy, Kaneohe, HI 96744). Military Honors will be rendered by the United States Army.
