BELEN ABIVA TAMAYO January 31, 1924 – May 23, 2019
Age 95, of Aiea, Hawaii passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2019. Born January 31,1924 in Bario #1, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. Married to the late Artemio Pascual Tamayo. Graduated as an Elementary teacher in the Philippines and worked for the Hawaii Hotel Industry.
He is survived by her children; Thelma Tamayo (Eddie) Gilo, Nestor Abiva (Zeny) Tamayo, Amie Tamayo (Butch) Ramiro, Marlene Tamayo (Henry) Marquez,
Jun Aquino (Irma) Tamayo, Efren Aquino Tamayo.
Grandchildren: Shalimar Gilo (Stephen) Uyehara, Twyllyne Gilo (Charles) Cruz, Leilani Tamayo (Raul) Martinez, Annie Tamayo (Brent) Husson, Jessica Tamayo (Bryan) Calma, Byron Tamayo Ramiro, Henry Tamayo (Sherrie) Marquez, Jr., Trisha Marquez (Rockson) Guitang, Tiffany Tamayo Marquez, Jasmine Tamayo (Jonathan) Prones, Princess Tamayo, and Tiana Tamayo.
Greatgrandchildren: Ha’aheo, Chyson, Kyzer, Chaylie, Aiden, Diego, Alize, Kylee, Chase, Jaydis, Taavyn, Gwen, Kyree, Raziel, Ava, and Noah.
Visitation: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Monday, (July 8, 2019) at Valley of the Temples Chapel
Next day Visitation – 9:00 – 11:00 a.m., (Tuesday, July 9, 2019) at Valley of the Temples Chapel. Burial to follow at 12:00pm at the Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
