Benito Urayani Uganiza's Obituary
Benito Urayani Uganiza, 59 of Honolulu, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on January 7, 2024 in his home in Honolulu, He was born on March 22, 1964 in Ilocos Sur, Philippines to the late Bonifacio and Apolania Uganiza. Benito was a retired roofer for a construction company. He loved basketball and sports and was his grandchildren's biggest fan at their sporting events. Benito is survived by his wife: Iluminada; Sons: Roger (Hazel) Uganiza, Jayson (Roxanne Kajioka) Uganiza; Grandchildren: Kyle Rilles-Uganiza, Kyan Uganiza, Haevyn Uganiza, Athena Kajioka, Alena Kajioka; Siblings: Nerio Uganiza, Blessilda Faustino, Maura Tabin, and Nancy Geno.
Services will be held on February 16, 2024 from 10am-1pm at Valley of the Temples Mortuary- Main Chapel with burial to follow.
