Calvin Herrera Arroyo, 68 of Waimanalo, HI passed on August 22, 2013 at his home in Waimānalo.
A celebration of Cal’s life will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2013 at Hawaiian Memorial. Immediate family visitation starts at 8:30, public to begin at 9:00 am. He will be put to rest at the Valley of the Temple in Kāneʻohe at 12:30 pm.
Calvin was born on August 12, 1945 in Honolulu, HI. He married Miriam Wong on November 29, 1969. He has six children- Calvin, Ted, Marne, Kevin, Keith and Marci. He has two siblings Rudy Arroyo and Sylvia Briski. Calvin spent his life in construction as a foreman for E.E. Black. He lived for his family, his 18 grandchildren and friends. He enjoyed cooking for his family and friends and most of all restoring classic cars. To family he was Dad and Pops, to his grandchildren - Papa, to friends -Cal. One thing we can all agree on is that we can all call him is loving.
