Carlos Zarate Fangon, 74 of Waipahu passed away in Ewa Beach. He was born in Tubao, La Union, Philippines. He is survived by his wife, Narita Fangon & sons Glenn Carlos Ulep Fangon and Brian Ulep Fangon. Wake service will be held on Friday, July 24th with visitation to begin at 4pm. Church service will continue the next day at St. Anthony Church in Kalihi with Mass to begin 9am. Burial to follow at Valley of the Temples at 11:30am.
