Carmen Ruby Stout, 78 of Iowa passed away on May 30, 2022 in Arizona. She was born on July 24, 1943 in Honolulu to the late Frank and Margaret Ortiz. Carmen worked as a Admisitrative Assistant with the City Government. She is survived by her Husband: William "Bill" Kenneth Stout.
Services will be held on July 29, 2022 from 9am-12pm at Valley of the Temples- Trousdale Chapel. Burial to follow at 1:30pm at Mililani Memorial Park.
