Carol Burati Mau's Obituary
68, of Kahalu'u, Hawaii, died in Honolulu on November 17, 2017. She was born in Springfield, Massachusetts. Carol was the wife of Melvin Mau, the mother of: Nainoa, Ka'eo, Lei-Ana, Kaione, and Kawehionapua Mau; sister of, Barbara Burati; and daughter of Anna Mae & Albert (deceased)Burati. She is lovingly remembered and her legacy lives on through each of them. Carol was a graduate of Cathedral High School and College of Our Lady of the Elms. She was a teacher in the Springfield School System from 1968-1978 and continued her teaching career at Laura Morgn Pre-school & St. Anthony's of Padua School after moving to Hawai'i Carol was also a Eucharistic Minister & Lector at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Waiahole, Hawai'i. Services will be held on Friday, November 24, 2017 at St. Anthony's of Padua Church in Kailua: Visitation at 9:00 a.m. and Services at 10:00 a.m.
