Cecilia Ambrocio Mamaclay's Obituary
Cecilia Ambrocio "Celiang" Mamaclay, 77, of Honolulu, passed away February 11, 2017. Born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines on August 21, 1939 to parents Apolonio Ambrocio and Irene Bumanglag Ambrocio, Cecilia was a retired housekeeper at the Federal Building and the University of Hawaii Manoa Campus. She also worked as a packer for Island Princess Candies.
She is survived by beloved husband, Jose "Joe" Mamaclay; son, Allan (Kayo) Mamaclay; daughters, Blandina "Merly" (Lenny Cocco) Mamaclay, Clarisa (Valentino) Baltaar, Chita (Val) Amoroso and Elsie (Ryan) Namahoe; grandchildren, Candace and Bradley Baltazar; Victoria, Alyssa and Katelyn Amoroso;Nicholas and Alayna Namahoe; sisters, Soledad Ulep and Marina (Silvino) Bayudan.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 13, 2017, at St. Anthony Church-Kalihi. Visitation will be from 9:30-11:00 a.m. Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. with burial to follow at 1:00 p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
