Chase Kai Horimoto's Obituary
Chase Kai Horimoto, 21, of Kaneohe, passed away on May 7, 2015. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was a Student at Windward Community College and Courtesy Clerk at Foodland-Kaneohe.
He is survived by parents, Shaun and Kerene Izumigawa; sisters, Kaili and Maiya Horimoto; grandparents, Helene Horimoto, Kenneth and Shirleen Horimoto, Robert Chun and Maevis Izumigawa; uncle, Ryan Horimoto; aunties, Blythe Lapinad, Rana Keller, Shantel Izumigawa; cousins, Ashlin Shinn, Lexus Lapinad and Kyra Anbe.
Celebration of Life will be held 5:00-900p.m., Saturday, May 23, 2015 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; casual attire; no flowers.
