Chihuah Castillo Lopez's Obituary
Chihuah Castillo Lopez, 37, passed away unexpectedly in Haleiwa on July 23, 2019. Chi was born to Ernesto Lopez Sr. & Naty Castillo Gorrell in Tagum City, Davao, Philippines and was one of eight children. Chi served in the United States Navy for 4 years and then turned his career to the Auto Sales industry moving quickly to the position of Sales Manager. Chi is remembered as a charismatic individual that people couldn't help but be drawn to. Chi is survived by his pride and joy, Son- Jariah Lopez; Fiance: Noemi Tupas; Step-daughter: Nicole T. Young; Parents Naty Castillo-Gorrell & Ernesto Lopez Sr. (Susan Lee Lopez: Step-Mother); Sisters Mary Ann L. Gementiza, Mary Jane L. Winchester, Maridel L. Akana; Brothers Joseph Lopez, Ernesto Lopez Jr., Rodney Lopez, Blair Cabaluna & Raymond Cabaluna. Chihuah will also be sorely missed by his nieces and nephews; Iris C. Mabute, Irene Casintahan, Issac Casintahan, Isaiah Casintahan, Jacob Faller, Nathaniel Jefferys, Madison Young, Mackenzie Young, Miralle Obeda, Nore Jean Gementiza, Julito Gementiza Jr., Caraline Muskett, Lela Muskett, Ann Marie Muskett, Michelle Bernth, Richelle Lopez, Jerald Lopez & Cameron Lopez. Chi was reunited in death with sister Mirriam Muskett.
Family will be celebrating and remembering Chi at Valley of the Temples Mortuary Lower Chapel located at 47-200 Kahekili Highway Kaneohe, HI 96744 on Wednesday, 8/28/2019 with Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Service: 6:00 p.m. Next day services will also be held at Valley of the Temples Lower Chapel, on Thursday, 8/29/2019 with Visitation: 11:00 a.m. Services: 12 p.m. and Burial to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery.
