Cipriana Escobar Ben's Obituary
Cipriana Escobar Ben, 94, of Waipahu, Oahu passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at the Queens Medical Center in Ewa Beach. Cipriana was born to Tiburcio Escobar and Luisa Dolor in Laslasong, Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur, Philippines on September 6, 1921. She was a retired janitor with the State of Hawaii, University of Hawaii at Manoa.
She is survived by her daughter, Antonina Jimenez; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and three great, great-grandchildren.
Service for Cipriana will be held on Friday, September 9, 2016 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church (located at, 1525 Waimano Home Road Pearl City, Hawaii 96782); visitation: 9:30 – 10:45 a.m.; eulogy: 10:45 – 11:00 a.m.; Mass to begin at 11:00 a.m. burial to follow 1:00 p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
