Concordia Abad Salvador's Obituary
Concordia Abad Salvador, 102, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2015. She was the fourth of five children born to Donato Abad and Ambrocia Agcaoili in Brgy 17 Diaton, Vintar, Ilocos Norte, Philippines on June 13, 1913. She was a homemaker.
Important events for Concordia were birthdays and the birth of her children. She enjoyed crocheting, cooking, watching television, and listening to any type of ballad songs. She was a kind, loving, patient, caring, and hardworking woman.
She is survived by children, Felicidad S. Balatbat, Norma S. (Candido) Reyes, Rosalina S. Andres, Norberto A. (Edna Vidad) Salvador; Pacita S. Ajon, and Erlinda S. (Danilo) Isidro; 20 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by husband, Cirilo Estavillo Salvador; sons, Florentino Salvador and Pedro Salvador; daughter, Melendrina S. DeCastro; brothers-in-laws, Levy Balatbat and Elpidio Ajon.
Visitation: 5:30 – 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary; service to begin at 6:30 p.m.
Burial at a later date at Loyola Memorial Park in Tanong, Marikina City, Philippines.
