Cordell W. J. Chang, 78, of Mililani, passed away in Honolulu, Hawaii on Friday, January 19, 2024. He is survived by his loving wife: Debra, brother: Addison, nieces: Darilyn, Edine, Tina Rae nephews: Derrick, Ty grandnewphews: Reyn, Isaac, Noah, Matthew, and grandnieces: Nicole, and Shannen.
