C.R. "Will" Williaford's Obituary
Captain C. R. "Will" Williaford, USMC Retired went peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior on July 14th. He is survived by his wife, Gloria; sisters, Pauline Perkins, Dorothy Brown and Glenda Waddle; daughters Cynthia Webb, Tina Williaford and Sharon Walsh; grandchildren Joshua and Rachel Walsh. He loved and served his country faithfully as a marine for 30 years and fought in the Korean War, Vietnam War and served as a civilian contractor during Desert Storm. During his working years, you always knew where to find Will on the weekends - at the Kaneohe Klipper Golf Course. However, that changed when he made the most important decision of his life at the age of 76, giving his life to Christ. He was baptized and began faithfully serving in the church and sharing the good news of his salvation with many he came in contact with. If there was one thing he would have us remember it's this: know Jesus, live, walk, trust and rest in Him all the days of your life. The Lord is my light and my salvation: whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life: of whom shall I be afraid? Psalm 27:1Celebration of Life at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary Thursday, August 2nd; visitation: 5p.m. and service: 6p.m. No Flowers Please.
