Damasa Africa Gamayo, 91 of Honolulu, passed away on May 15, 2024 iin Honolulu. She was born on March 25, 1933, in Badoc, Ilocos Norte, Philippines to the late Ireneo and Diega Africa. Damasa was a retired custodian for Hawaiian Building Maintenance. She is survived by her husband, Juan; children, Andres (Marilou) Gamayo, Clarina (Armando) Ladera, Gregorio (Lilian) Gamayo; 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and sister, Victoria (Felix) Batara.
Services to be held on June 3, 2024 from 9am-12pm at Valley of the Temples Makai Chapel. Burial to follow at 12pm.
