Daniel Earl Castro's Obituary
Daniel Earl Castro, a resident of Ewa Beach, Oahu passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at the Queen’s Medical Center West he was 55 years old. Daniel was born to Rudolph Hailama Castro, Sr. and Florencia Tiqui on November 11, 1960 in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Daniel was a construction foreman in the local construction industry in Hawaii. He was an All-Trade Construction Consultant for Kaaa Masonry. He had extensive knowledge and experience as a mason, carpenter, crane operator, machine operator and electrician, so much that he was valued as a consultant to many construction companies. He was a “Jack of all Trades, but a Master of ALL”
Daniel is survived by his sons, Shane Castro (Gina Sanchez) and Daniel “DJ” Castro, Jr.; daughters, Diana (Zach) Castro-Sherman and Abigail “Abby” Castro; brothers, Rudolph (Rachael "Rocky") Castro, Jr., Jonathan “Jona” (Cheryl) Castro and Byrne Castro; sisters, Charmaine Castro and Jennifer ”Poki” (Franklin) Mahuka; two grandchildren, Anyston Castro and Taylor Sherman.
Service for Daniel will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary (located at 45-425 Kamehameha Highway Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744); visitation from: 5:30 – 9:00 p.m.; service to begin at 6:30 p.m.
Graveside service, 10:00 a.m., Friday September 9, 2016 at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park (located at 47-200 Kahekili Highway Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744).
