Dannette K. Lono's Obituary
Dannette K. Lono, 80 Of Kailua, O'ahu, passed away on April 25, 2017. She was born to Wilhelmina (Correa) and Daniel Ku in Honolulu,Hawaii on August 1, 1936. She retired as a Secretary for Castle Medical Center and Kuakini Medical Center.
Dannette is survived by her sons, Jacob I. Jr. Lono, Joel K. Lono and J. Kalaimoku (Samantha) Lono; daughters, Joelene Lono, Davilyn (Thomas Jr.) Chang, Jana (Leonard Jr.) Moses; thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great- grandchildren; She is also survived by her brother Wendall L. K. Chang; sisters, Candace Keliinui, Carolena Olmos, Cherylmae Simon, Pastor Camille Omo and Carolyn Dela Cruz; hanai son, Lewis Black Jr. and hanai daughter, Haunani Saifoloi; many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services for Dannette will be at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary on Thursday May 11, 2017. Visitation will be at 5:30 - 9:00 p.m. with services to begin at 6:30 p.m. There will be an inurnment the following morning, Friday May 12, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery.
