51, of Kailua, Hawaii, a Honolulu Police sergeant (retired), died on December 31, 2024. He is survived by partner Nam Akau, sons Logan P. & Peyton K. Jones, Hanai sons RJ (Grace) Akau IV, Kaleb & Dayton Akau, parents Mackie Jones, Chuck & Betty Jones, brother Kenneth Soares, sister Tracy Lonergan. Services will be held on Monday February 10, 2025 at Valley of the Temples Mortuary 47-200 Kahekili Highway, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744. Visitation at 10:00 a.m., services at 11:00 a.m., Lunch 12:00 - 1:30 p.m., interment to follow.
As per family request, please refrain from bringing floral arrangements and instead bring Lei.
