Dawn Michele Tamaribuchi's Obituary
Dawn Michele Tamaribuchi, 53, passed away on May 2, 2017. Dawn is survived by her husband, Peter Patras; mother, Gail Tamaribuchi and father, Franklin Tamaribuchi. Dawn was born in Denver, CO. She attended schools mostly in Hawaii and graduated from St. Andrew's Priory. She graduated from the University of Southern California, majoring in Business Administration. She worked as an insurance and real estate agent before ending up as a Senior Administrative Specialist, Marketing and Business Support at Chevron Lubricants Headquarters. Dawn was truly an "Island Girl" having spent most of her formative years in Kailua, HI. She loved everything Hawaiian. especially hula, music, and food. She will always be remembered for her wonderful sense of humor, concern for animals and the environment. She was also a generous and giving person who gave her time and energy to others in need. Typical of her compassion for humanity she gave life to others as an organ donor. Celebration of Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 1, 2017 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary in Kaneohe, HI. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dawn Tamaribuchi St. Andrew's Scholarship Fund.
