Dieu "Duke" Ke Tiet's Obituary
Dieu Ke “Duke” Tiet, 55, of Honolulu, Hawaii passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2015. He was born on September 25, 1960 in Cho Lon, South Vietnam and lived there until October 1978. Duke was the fourth of six children born to Thanh Tong Tiet and Ngoc Lam. He founded and was the President of Duke’s Limousine Inc. in 1993.
He resided in Honolulu and was married to Tanya Dinh on November 23, 1985. Duke was a renowned person and a very hardworking, determined, dedicated and supportive man. He enjoyed working on cars, fishing and traveling.
He is survived by his wife, Tanya Tiet; son, Brandon Tiet; daughters, Holly (Dennis) Yamachika, and Cherie (Thomas) McKee; brothers, To “Joe” Ke (Kimberly) Tiet, Quang “Keith” Ke (Francine) Tiet, and Quoc “Jonh” Ke (Lan) Tiet; sisters Muoi “Sylvia” Chi (Tong) Trinh, and Hue “Anna” Tu Tiet; four grandchildren.
Visitation: 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2015 at Diamond Head Mortuary; service to begin at 12:00 p.m., with a burial to follow 3:00 p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park.
