Dolores Constance Takemoto's Obituary
Dolores Constance Takemoto, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, passed away September 10, 2017 at her residence. She was 83. Born in Kahuku, Hawaii to parents Leon Manalo and Mary Rosaris Manalo, Dolores was a devoted homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Takemoto, Sr.
She is survived by her five children, Theresa Sells, Anthony (Kathleen) Takemoto, Harold Takemoto, Jr., Rene (Jay) Hix and Dean Takemoto; 21 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; sister, Anita Dominguez.
Wake services will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2017, at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Visitation will be from 5:30 - 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service and remembrances at 6:30 p.m.
Additional services will be held on Friday, October 6, 2017, again at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with a reception follow. Burial will be at 2:00 p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park. Casual attire is suggested.
