Domingo Sastre Padilla's Obituary
Domingo Sastre Padilla, 86, of Kapolei, Hawai'i passed away September 30, 2018. He was born July 3, 1932 in Ewa, Honolulu, Hawai'i to the late Anacleto and Victoria Padilla. Domingo graduated from Farrington High School and served in the National Guard and Army Reserves. He was a Welder Foreman for Pearl Harbor Shipyard. He lived in Makakilo, and later Kapolei. Domingo was married to Wilhelmina, the love of his life. He enjoyed ballroom dancing and was an avid fisherman. Domingo was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church in Kapolei, Hawai'i as well as the Leeward Trollers Fishing Club.
Domingo is survived by his loving wife, Wilhelmina C. Padilla, his children Michael Padilla, Leslie (Marilyn) Padilla, Valerie Marple, Trudy (Terry) Edelmann, and Lynette Haney. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. He will be deeply missed.
Visitation will be held at 9:30 am with Mass at 10:30 am on Friday, November 16, 2018 at St. Jude Catholic Church in Kapolei, Hawai'i. Burial will follow at 2:00 pm at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery.
