Donald Reed Ratzlaff, 80, of Kapolei, passed away in Kapolei, Hawaii on Saturday, March 16, 2024. He was born in Dodge City, Kansas and is survived by his childrend, Scott (Connie), Tina, Brock (Helena), his sister, Delores, as well as, 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
