Mr. Brown,
Miss you man. Your media class seen as a boring elective to take, but i argued otherwise. You taught us many things, and I actually had a lot of fun. Of course me and my friends would fool around, but you tolerated it like a beast. My heart sank when I heard that you passed. I remember the jams you used to play during class, i think "Upside down" was one of your favorites. Now every time I hear that song I think of you.

Doug, I remember first meeting you in 1980 at J-hall at UH. You were a kalohe buggah and good fun to hang with. Little did I know that we would be good friends all these years later.
I'm thankful that our jobs and facebook reconnected us and brought us closer.
I will always appreciate our deep heartfelt talks, the kind that only men can have after they've lived half a century or so.
My heart breaks for your family and I will pray for God to comfort them.
