Belated condolences to the family. Earl was my condo neighbor. I often chatted with him on our floor and in the garage when he was doing his own car maintenance. He was very independent. He passed away a few days before I returned from the mainland and I was quite shocked because I thought he was only 71, not 91!
If any family members are monitoring this website, there's a legal notice dated June 3, 2026, from the First Circuit Court, posted on his condo door. Someone from the family should go read it.
