Edward Sueo Suzuki's Obituary
Celebrating the Life of Edward Sueo Suzuki born December 7, 1935 in Honolulu, Hawaii. To Nobuichi and Sakuyo Suzuki, passed away September 24, 2013 in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was the 5th child out of 6, attended Kaluwela Elementary, Central Intermediate, and McKinley High School. He began his career after graduation as a salesman, first at Office Appliance, then at ABC Chemical and finally at First Insurance where he retired in 1999 after 18 years as an Assistant Supervisor in the Supply Department. After retirement he continued his part time job as an Usher at the Blaisdell Center and the Waikiki Shell. He lived all over the island, going from Liliha, to Kalihi, Ewa Beach, and then finally living in Hawaii Kai. Edward was a member of Makiki Christian Church. His favorite past times were reading the newspaper, going through his mail, listening to the radio, and watching football on T.V. He was married to Geraldine. Edward is survived by daughters, Shelly (Jackson) Wang and Carrie Suzuki (Brian Hirayama); brothers, Herbert (Elaine) Suzuki and Alvin (Mi Cha) Suzuki; and sister, Edna (Stanley) Seo; and 4 grandchildren
His service will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Visitation will be from 8:45-9:45a.m.; service will begin at 9:45a.m.; inurnment will be at 12:00p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park. Aloha Attire.
