Efren Marcos' Obituary
Celebrating the life of Efren Marcos – born on January 29, 1958 in the Philippines. Son of Bert Marcos and Josephine Garcia, he was the eldest of five children. Efren attended Kaimuki Hight School c/o ’77 and worked at Midas and Fastlube Flagship as a Mechanic.
He was a loving husband to Mila Farinas and a loving father to their children - John Jr., Efren Jr., Leilani, and Nani.
His hobbies were hunting and fishing, he enjoyed watching football games, and loved taking trips to Las Vegas. Efren made friends wherever he went, and was loved by all. He was friendly, good-natured, laid-back, family-oriented, loving, and patient. This good friend, son, brother, father, and loving husband is loved dearly and will be sorely missed.
Wake Services for Efren Marcos will be on Monday, April 8, 2019 at Valley of the Temple. Visitation will begin at 5:30 pm, Prayer Service at 6:30 pm. Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at St. Joseph Church in Waipahu. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am with mass to begin at 10:00 am. There will be a burial to follow at 12:00 pm at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park in Kaneohe.
