Emalyn Julie Dacanay Michels, 50 of Anchorage, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2022 in Anchorage, Alaska. She was born on November 24, 1971 in Ilocos Norte, Philippines to the late Camilo and Filomena Dacanay. She was a Teacher for a non-profit school. She is survived by her Daughters: Tiffany and Megan Michels; Siblings: Zaldy Dacanay, Jean Dacanay Graziano, Susan Dacanay Iloreta, Willy Dacanay, Camilo "Jun" Dacanay, and Sherwin Dacanay.
Services will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022 from 9am-12pm at Valley of the Temples- Trousdale Chapel. Burial to follow at 12pm.
