He is survived by wife, Divina Baltazar; children, Marites (Alvin) Diamzon, Ernesto Baltazar, Jr., April Joyce Baltazar, Joshua Baltazar; 5 grandchildren, preceded by son, Gerald Baltazar. Services will be held privately.
