Estelita Sabado Pasion's Obituary
Our beloved mother, Estelita Sabado Pasion, sadly passed away at the age of 87 on October 13, 2022. She was blessed to be surrounded by loved ones at the time of her passing.
Estelita was born on December 13, 1934 in Santiago, Philippines to Baldomero Sabado and Arcadia Elefante Sabado. Estelita relocated to Hawaii in 1974 with her children.
She soon after began her employment at Marine Surf Waikiki where she was a dedicated employee for over 20 years.
Estelita was an amazing cook, she enjoyed her time in the kitchen as much as she did playing card games. She was also very enthusiastic about exercise, especially after retirement; she finally had the time to enjoy it. In addition to that, mom was also part of the Santiguenian Association of Hawaii.
What she truly loved most was spending time with her family, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Estelita will be remembered fondly as a selfless anchor to our growing ship, never failing to put our needs above her own.
Devoting her life to being a loving and supportive wife and mother, she was a steadfast rock to the family and her children. The love she had for us all will never be forgotten.
She married Juan Pasion on April 24,1960 together till dad’s passing in 2011.
Estelita is survived by her children Marietta , Maritess (Roland), Lauro (Khey), Marissa (Danny) and Michelle (Peter). 8 Grandchildren:
Christopher, Marlie, Shane, Kristina, Casey, Lira, Kailee and Maya.
11 great grandchildren: Arie An, Ahrissa, Ayvrie, Akahi, Tia , Tara, Baba, Shayeann, Rylie, Xyler and Aziel.
