Esther Castillo Dumlao, 79 of Aiea, passed away on March 24, 2022 in Aiea. She was born on February 8, 1943 in Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte, Philippines to the late Teodoro and Andrea Castillo-Oba. She was a retired midwife for a care home. Esther is survived by her Husband: Rolando Dumlao.
Services will be held on May 5, 2022 from 10am-1pm at Valley of the Temples- Lower Chapel. Burial to follow at 1pm.
