Ethel Mokihana Castillo's Obituary
Ethel Mokihana Kawai was born to Lillian Pahukoa and Noah Kawai on December 30, 1934 in Kailua, Maui, Hawaii. She was the sixth child of nine siblings.
She was married to Andres Castillo for over 50 years and together raised their children.
Her life was devoted to her family.
She did enjoy working as a salesclerk/supervisor for 30 years with the Dutch Girl and Liliha Bakeries.
However, her greatest joy was when she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Her heart’s desires and prayers have been for all her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and loved ones to experience the same love, joy, and peace she received. Life with Christ had given her the strength and hope to live every day.
On Sunday, March 27, 2022, Heaven rejoiced as it received Ethel Mokihana.
